SANDPIPER Digital Payments AG: Florian Welsch (CEO) and Jens Bäuml (CFO) complete the Management Board of SANDPIPER Digital Payments AG consisting of:

St. Gallen, 6 October, 2015 - SANDPIPER Digital Payments AG, announces the extension of the Management Board.

With hiring of a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) Operations, SANDPIPER Digital Payments AG has successfully completed the realignment of the Management Board. Florian Welsch will be responsible for the operations and will perform the day-to-day management. Together with Jens Bäuml he will take on a crucial role in the implementation of further verticalization of the SANDPIPER Group.

Florian has many years of experience in the Digital Payments industry as well as an in-depth expertise in the management of cross-functional transformation projects. He served as a successful CEO in various companies. As CEO of the Cadooz Group, Florian increased the revenues significantly and was responsible tor the successful sale of the group to NASDAQ listed Euronet Worldwide. Florian built up Otto Group Rewards Business & led the Operations of Bertelsmann's Arvato services in Munich. He was also responsible for numerous transformational projects, amongst others to accelerate product development, optimize product costs and the technical infrastructure.

Jens is an experienced entrepreneur and versed CFO. He was CFO at Arvato AG's Loyalty & Promotion Solutions business with operations in Germany, Switzerland, Austria and China. Prior, Jens was International Senior Audit Manager at Bertelsmann AG and Senior Consultant at KPMG Consulting GmbH. Jens graduated in Business Administration (Dipl.-Kfm) and Economics (Dipl.-Vw). In addition, he is holder of a CPA certificate in Illinois, USA (AICPA).
